DISH Network 129 Satellite is having issues...here is the current fix!

**HELP WITH DISH NETWORK SATELLITE OUTAGE**

Many people are currently experiencing issues with DISH Network's 129 satellite being out.  While I cannot tell you what the problem is or when it will be fixed as I do not know, I can off you some assistance in getting your satellite system back up and running again.  Please follow the directions below for help. 

Step 1: Hit "Menu" button
Step 2: Hit the number "6"
Step 3: Hit the number "1"
Step 4: Hit the number "1" again
Step 5: Go to "Check Switch"
Step 6: Hit "Select"
Step 7: Go to "Test"
Step 8: Hit "Select"
Step 9: Allow your system to run a check switch (3-4 minutes)
Step 10: You will get an error message that says "You have found fewer satellites"--THIS is OK!
Step 11: Highlight "Save" and hit "Select" (a pop-up will ask you if you are sure, make sure you save it)
Step 12: You will see the results screen, hit "Done"
Step 13: You will now see the "System Strength" screen, let it sit here for a minute until you see a pop up screen show up and go off.
Step 14: A green bar will show on the bottom of your screen...WAIT until it says "Locked"
Step 15: Hit the "Cancel" button until you are completely out of that screen...this will take about 3-4 minutes
Step 16: Then it will go to a screen that says it is down...loading the guide information.
Step 17: Wait for the green bar to go all the way across...this will take 4-6 minutes.
Step 18: When it is done it will take you to channel 101.
Step 19: From there, you can start watching your television again.

The whole process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

**NOTE** When the 129 comes back on, you will need to repeat this whole process.
